Direct and straightforward first phase from a external recruiter. Role was interesting but Salary Range & package available was really low compared with role responsabilities and quota, so I decide not continue

Process took 3+ months – screening interview with recruiter, call with hiring manager, 1st panel interview with 2 leaders, another panel interview with 3 individuals, and a call with the HRBP. The process was dragged out and the final decision process took over 3 weeks. For anyone interviewing for Prisma Cloud roles: The Prisma Cloud team has a lot of attrition, executive departures, and had low quota attainment over the past 12 months. the overlay teams are very different cultures than the roles on the core sales team. Highly recommend doing your due diligence on the role and surrounding team
