Interviewer did not show up the first time and had to reschedule for a later date. Left a sour taste since there was very little respect for the candidate’s time.

standard recruiter screening, hiring manager round, and virtual onsite. Didn't get the final offer while the feedback was all great - the recruiter told me they decided to go for a 15-yr experience candidate instead of me while this role only asks for 5-yr experience.
