The recruiter will phone screen and then another Phone Screen by the hiring manager. This is followed by CodePad Python Interview and then an Onsite invitation. The recruiter was very friendly and transparent about the process.

I applied through the recruiter and I was passed on to a contract recruiter to co-ordinate after the hiring manager expressed interest in my background for a role in Silicon Valley. Then a co-ordinator interviewed me over the phone. Any way the co-ordinator lined me up with the hiring manager for a telephone interview - apparently there was a foul play which I later came to know. Hiring manger talked about interviewing 100 candidates but not about hiring anyone. On Tumblr, there is a negative posting about an interview with this company.
