Had a initial call and talk recruiter, was ok then arranged an interview with the hiring manager via web conference. Had the interview and I got the feeling that the interviewer was very confident in his own / pass skills and we did have quite a lot of talk about how he had performed in transforming products during his role at RedHat. I did feel he did like to talk about his achievements and there was a distinct touch of self importance coming across. He asked a series of questions some I could / could not answer and openly admitted when I lacked the knowledge. After the cal felt he would not be someone I would enjoy working under as a little consumed with himself so was glad when recuritment ghosted me which is as sign that i made the right decision to accept another role somewhere else.
