A recruiter from Palo Alto Networks reached out and set up an initial phone screen which lasted 30min. After, an on-site interview was scheduled for the following week. During the on-site interview, I spent 45min with each member of the team. A negative experience: I noticed all of the Indian members play with their smartphones while you try to solve their problem. This gives you the feeling that they already made up their mind about you. Another negative experience: the interview room was NOT ventilated and was hot and stuffy. Another negative experience: Although lunch is provided, no time is allocated for you to eat.
