There was a three-tier interview process. First was an interview with an HR recruiter. Then was an interview with a member of the management team. Finally I was interviewed by the owner of the company.

There is an initial receptionist, then the two VP's then the President. If you're not called back for an interview with everyone, that's the end. They expect business casual. You do not need to fill out a job application, just call and ask for an interview. Ask for highest salary offer $20 or more bc they'll give you what you ask for and wont let you negotiate it later.

Not a bad experience, but I had to go in 2-3 different times for the interview. Heard back almost immediately. After interviewing with a few people I watched a training video at the office, got my uniform and the sent me to a location to train.

Question 1
Why do you think you'd be a good fit for the company?
Didn't get that far. I was contacted by this company after submitting my resume. When I returned the call the lady called me "Michael" three times (not my name, not even
close) and kept in referring to a job that I didn't even apply for. Needless to say, I didn't show up for the interview. It just seemed like a sloppy and poorly organized outfit.
