After talking briefly with a rectruiter in London, we scheduled the HR interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and was very impersonal. The interviewer asked question very mechanically and kept giving the same comment after I replied: "It's very interesting, thank you for sharing that." The process was very frustrating as the interviewer was not at all interested by the answer themselves, simply typing them down.

They really want to get to know you throughout the process, and see how you think about data in different ways and how you solve problems. You have to build a product which takes a long time.
