J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies en oct. 2022
Entretien
I felt valued throughout the process until I got my rejection at the very end. I had been through 6 rounds of interviews at this point (all of them were 75% technical and 25% behavioral), and I had prepared a lot for every step. And then, after my final round, which I thought I did pretty well in, I get rejected. It's just kind of frustrating that they'd continue interviewing me over the course of 2 months just to reject me at the end, when I didn't even perform badly. I was able to complete all of the technical problems set before me, and answer all the behavioral questions, too. Definitely the hardest interview process, and also the most fruitless. Not sure what they want from their prospective interns.

Just the pre-screen behavioral round, was asked: why are you choosing to get your master's degree, what classes do you enjoy, what are you looking for in an internship? Seemed like just a deep dive on my interests, didn't even ask why palantir.
