Short 20 minute phone interview that was done by an entry-level staff member who was a recent graduate with little to no interview experience, which showed in the interview as the phone call was done outside (you could hear CalTrain passing), her responses to each of my answers was the word "awesome" and at one point we were disconnected, resulting in time lost. The interview showed lack of organization and didn't appear to have reviewed my resume at all. In the end, the department hiring for this position was not presented well and turned me off to working with them in any capacity.
