J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies (New York, NY) en déc. 2014

Contacted current employee who referred me to recruiter. Had 2 phone calls, 3 Skype interviews, 1 in person interview and then another Skype interview.
This was the most ridiculous interviewing process that I have ever been a part of. It literally took them 6 different interviews where they basically asked me the same questions at each for them to tell me "Your qualifications don't fit the position." I asked for feedback and they gave me a generic HR response. I was a bit bitter that I spent THAT much time interviewing and they didn't even value my time at all. It was so rude. I am not an inexperienced candidate either - I have six years of work experience, so it was just unquestionably rude and unprofessional.
I would NOT even bother applying to this company. I got through 6 rounds of interviews and then I get interviewed by one of their top people. HIs idea of an interview is to ask me to send interesting topics to discuss, and he will pick one. Then he sens me a list of topics and asks me to pick one. Then the whole 30 minute interview to "have a discussion." When really, all this guy was talk and I guess try to look smart... It was after this interview (over skype no less) where I get notification the next day that I didn't get the job. Really? Really? That last interview really was able to tell you something about me, my personality, my work ethic or my ability to work on a team?
I've lost of TON of respect for this company because they simply just do not have it together when it comes to hiring people. The leading indicator on a company going down the tubes is its human resources & development program or lack thereof.
My advice to the company is get your act together- you are presenting a rather sloppy image to your job candidates.

They really want to get to know you throughout the process, and see how you think about data in different ways and how you solve problems. You have to build a product which takes a long time.

Started with a quick review of my recent experiences and behavioral questions, and then jumped into a SQL interview. It was mostly a large code file which had a lot of bugs in it that had to be fixed.

There were 3 stages:
1. Chat with a currently deployment strategist (20 min)
2. Onsite interview: consisted of a 45 minute technical comprehension portion and a 45 minute decomposition portion
3. Interview with hiring manager (30-60 min)
After passing a round, they were very quick to get back to me, usually same day or end of the next business day.
