Palantir requires many steps to proceed. It was a standard screening, then on site, then the whole set of Skype interviews after it. They always mixed up timezones, at least twice they mixed BST/GMT, one interview had to be rescheduled because of this. When you spend a lot of time for their interviewing process, you not only have no feedback at all but also their HR disappears and you're in a situation when they scheduled something else with you, but they just dropped all the communication. Another person I know spent 2 full days on their on sites + all the screenings and the behaviour was absolutely the same at the end. The next time we just won't spend our time to this company.
