J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies (New York, NY) en mai 2017
Entretien
Initially approached by a recruiter, very friendly and average interaction. Phone screening went fine, pretty average as well. In person interview, interviewed 3 different people: 1st person was not initial person I was supposed to meet and had no idea what I was interviewing for or anything regarding the role. 2nd person was fine, asked typical questions made me feel comfortable - all that good stuff. 3rd person: talking down to me how I had no relevant experience what so ever (I used to be an engineer, went to school for it actually. Did you even read my resume??? - meanwhile interviewer number 3 had nothing to do with engineering, but made it a point to brag about how they travel for work all the time, and cut me off when I tried answering questions. Clearly someone doesn't get enough respect around the work place and feels the need to project their insecurities on unsuspecting candidates. Over all, really complicated for no reason. Extremely boojy as well. Listen, if you're going to play off the whole super hero aspect with naming your locations as such (Metropolis/ Gotham), atleast embody your company's mission which your employees do not seem to have a clear understanding at all. "Making the world a better place"? No. You wish actually.

pretty standard, hiring screen, and then you go onto meet more team members from the division you will be joining. Multiple stages. I did not have a case study but that may be a part of it too.
