Phone screener with Legal "Ninja" then in-person interviews with legal team. Expect lots of behavioral questions, including some references to concepts from Peter Thiel's books. The Peter Thiel-inspired questions felt a little culty and less genuine. The interviewers seemed cool and interesting, but interview process was intense. During interviews, interviewers really probe to push for less rehearsed and honest answers but also type away on a laptop to fill in whether your response was "appropriate" based on their interview style.

In person interview followed by phone interview. I applied via LinkedIn and employee referral. Very interesting company but not very transparent process. They also try to have a startup culture despite being a larger company.
