Phone screen, then assessment screen. Assessment is conducted on hackerrank, and I was told the process would move along fairly quickly. I had to reach out as I hadn't heard back in 1 week and was sent an automated email. I do want to note that for the Phone screen, it sounded like the recruiter was moving around a lot in the background which was very distracting.

Applied for the RC job through LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview and she didn't show up to the interview. I had to send her two follow up emails before she responded and said she had a conflict, after the fact. Rescheduled to later in the week and the interview was fine. After the interview, I sent two follow-up emails about next steps and she ignored me. A week after that got a standard rejection email. I was super excited to interview with Palantir but this experience was awful and left a bad taste in my mouth. Super unprofessional.

Short but enjoyable, however a great candidate experience. Enjoyed meeting with everyone and interviews were completed all in one day, so really speeds up the time to hire and saves a lot of wasted time.
