4 rounds of interviews before the offer. Hirevue interview and once completed I was sent an email the next day asking for a phone interview. Completed the interview and moved on to a panel interview. Interview questions are primarily behavioral and specific. The recruiter and team were extremely friendly and professional but the process took months.

Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. Tell me about a time when you had a failure that you turned into a success. Tell me about a time when you had to learn a new skill.
I had two interviews, one on campus and the other was on site in newport. The first interview was very light and really was just to see if I had the skills for the job description. The second interview was more in depth I was interviewed by three people and I was shown around the organization. I really felt welcomed. The hiring process was the average time frame they are very thorough.
