A recruiter reached out to me and urged me to apply. A week later, I had a brief phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, I was told I would hear back within a week or two. About three weeks later, I received a call asking me to come in for their Super Day. Their super day consisted of two, 30-minute interviews with people in the different departments. The questions were mostly behavioral, and it felt more like a natural conversation between peers.
