Contacted the recruiter, had a phone interview, and finally a super day where I interviewed with 3 different VP's within corporate and institutional banking. The 3 interviews at the super day were mostly behavioral questions with a few analytical thrown in to keep you on your toes.

Spoke with them at university's career fair. Later applied through school's career website. Scheduled the first interview on campus. Brief 30 minute interview. Very open and relaxed. Was not your typical, tell me about yourself, rather it was more just like a conversation back and forth regarding some things on my resume.
