Workday application followed by Hirevue recorded interview then live Superday. Hirevue is watched by 5-6 PIMCO employees who then interview you at the Superday. Superday is largely behavioral with minimal technical questions.

Multiple rounds, including a super day with 3 back-to-back interviews. One of the interviewers straight up told me that my "personality" is not suited for finance. He asked me 2 questions in total before proceeding to talk about his experience and give me advice for 25 mins. When I got the first technical q correct, he said "thats right, but doesn't mean that you understand the concept, you have no real life experience with this concept." Overall, every other interviewer was great but I felt that this interviewer in particular didn't even give me a chance especially considering I am a student.
