J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PIMCO (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
First round: one call with an analyst/associate. Mostly motivational and with some easy technicals about bonds, CDS, duration.
Second round: a super day with 6 interviews with 2 members of the business for each interview. Everything in 3 hours. Some interviews were exclusively technical, some focused on market awareness and investment choices, and other interviews were motivational and competency-based.
