First we did a phone interview which got right to the point. They asked about experience, why I was leaving my last company, what I wanted to accomplish at Perl and what I could bring to the table. A few days later I completed a face to face interview which confirmed whether I would be a good fit or not. Within days I had an offer and start date. Wonderful experience overall!
