The HRs/recruiters were good, but the R1 interviewer (Tech Lead) from The Scalers, was totally non-collaborative and ill-knowledgeable. Sitting like a robot and reading out the questions. Not even responding to answers, directly moving to the next one regardless of the right/wrong response. For coding, he wasn't allowing clarification questions and just saying write the code. Not criticizing PEI Group by any means, but you should monitor how the third party is taking interviews. Otherwise, you might lose deserving candidates if you blindly depend on them.
