I was sent an email to come in for a group interview at 8 am Friday morning. Only the recruiter was there and he informed me no one felt the interview was important enough to attend. It was eye opening, to say the least about the employees there and their view on certain positions.

I was called in for an initial interview, then went back for second interview before getting the position. The owner doctor was very nice and the manager was personable.
