It was just a phone interview, it was super informal and it was super brief. In my opinion, it wasn't enough of an interview to actually hire someone and would advise them to streamline this process so that all interviews are done the same way and are more formal.

Entretien
Called and setup an appointment foe the next day. Met with HR rep and Creative Director. Had to wait 15 min or so for interview to begin. They took their time examining my portfolio samples. Asked about process, outcome, etc. Meeting was casual and seemed to be a good fit.
