I was involved in an assessment centre. This group interview included a short group discussion/debate on capital punishment and a short activity. The activity was where we interviewed the person next to us and then had to stand up and explain to everyone why they should be hired.

Initial telephone interview followed by a face to face and maths and English test. Skills were there to see if you could use basic grammar so if you were hired you could compose emails
