I had an in person interview with two of the managers. While they were nice enough, the questions were very sterile and cliche, and I don't think there was an opportunity to let my personality shine.

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.

The interview process was quick and relatively painless. They asked about my experience in the restaurant industry and how I handle regular and difficult guests. I walked in and they were looking for a host immediately.

Entretien
It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
