There is 3 stage of interviews, Phone call with email assessment, face to face and video conference. I being treated nicely through out all sessions. I was late for my video conference interview due to I scheduled it on the wrong timing, However, they still allow me to proceed while I was in the car just wearing t-shirt. and there is a few hiccups that made me nervous, surprisingly they still hire me even when I think I should done better. the experience was the exceptional because they always focus on the strength not the weak spot. if there is any personal questions they will explain back to me the reason why they ask. To be honest the questions are quite challenging and i even need time to think on some answer.
