The interview process started off well, but pretty disappointed with the overall experience. Got asked to do a presentation/demo during a face-to-face panel interview after a discussion with one of the pre-sales employees and a phone screen interview. But I never heard back. on the outcome despite several emails and calls from the recruiter who was working on my behalf with Outsystems. Waste of my weekend preparing and a day of leave to do the face-to-face interview. If you are applying for a role in the UK, then be prepared to jump through hoops and at the end of which you may never hear back.

The interview process consisted of engaging discussions with several key leaders, providing the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience. The collaborative nature of the interviews made for a pleasant and informative experience, which positively contributed to my decision.
