The whole recruiting process was very lengthy. Not up to a level that I would describe as very bad, however. The first interview is a typical HR interview, but in English. I would describe the interview as pleasant, and the questions were standard. I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter overall. The second interview is not *really* an interview... As there is a lack of discussion regarding the recruitee. Instead, it is a 20-minute meeting where the team lead described the team, the daily job, and a recruitment task you would have to complete. The recruitment task's length was relatively standard. The company will send you a task that involves typical Kubernetes/Docker exercises. As far as I remember, the deadline is one week. After I sent the project, I had to do a third interview with the company's co-founder. The co-founder did not come to the interview due to something urgent. They said they would email reschedule, but they never did.
