I was contacted by one of their HR representatives who found my resume on LinkedIn. He was contacting me to see if I was interested in a position with their company. I had a screen phone call with him first. Then I had a phone interview with some of their technical management a few days later. They have offices in Florida so I had a phone interview with one of the technical managers from the Florida office as well. I then had a face-to-face interview and met with the team I would be working on, the IT management, and the president of the company. They offered a great position, however, it not a good fit for me.
