Super casual and laid back. Asked the basic questions, such as why you want to work there and what makes your personality rise above the rest, and makes you do script reading to hear how you sound on the phones.

Very friendly manager and outgoing, not a lot of pressure when I was being interviewed. They basically want to know if you're good with talking to customers and able to be fast paced and handle rejection from people who aren't interested in what you're selling.

they will then call you in and ask to meet you in person where you will speak with one of the managers. After this they will usually tell you right on the spot if you got the job or not, if they don't tell you you have the job then you most likely wont get it, but they are always hiring.
