HR reached out via email to schedule a call. The HR person couldn't figure out if she was reaching out to me about a AP or AR position. If I hadn't communicated and worked with her I probably never even get a interview. I do a phone interview 2 days later. I'm suppose to interview with a higher up HR person. She's at least 5 minutes late. I did the interview and felt we had a good interview. 2 weeks later I've followed up twice and ghosted. Shouldn't be surprised given how poorly the early process was so unorganized
