Interviewed on two different occasions. Multiple rounds, plus an assignment. Moved very quickly and was extremely promising. Met multiple people and then was completely ghosted by the head of HR, not once but twice in the space of a year. Really quite bizarre. I would email other people in the company to follow up and they would cc her but she simply never responded. If I've had multiple rounds of interviews, submitted an assignment and come into the office to meet the CEO, at least have the decency to communicate with me. Quite odd.
