J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Open Government Products (Singapour) en mars 2026

It was ok, I was given the online codility (~leetcode medium style), then a 30 min call with hiring manager. Then 2 rounds of coding, then hiring manager and director but I accepted a different offer before doing the direction round

Screening round then 2 remote rounds and 2 in person.
Leetcode medium.
Perhaps just me, but the whole communication process felt very robotic with no personal touch. I've had a grand total of --- zero --- in person calls with recruiters and had to find out more from interviewers directly.
They seem to be looking more for a genuine want to do public good than technical skills, which I guess is a good thing :)
Hope we'll get another ActiveSG or ParkingSG soon.

Rejected after OA for "unclean code and convoluted solutions". Props to recruiter for providing feedback for rejected candidates.
Thought it is good to leave a note here for others. The codility OA is one and half hours featuring 3 questions but only 2 of them are coding questions (on Leetcode medium range). You can move between the questions on the side panel of codility UI and you do NOT need to submit each question to see the next.
None of the above are mentioned in OA instructions sent by HR nor codility FAQ. I got burnt by this rushing through both the coding questions in half the time and realized I messed up :D
I was rejected for bad code despite correct solutions and failing only one runtime complexity test case. Score was 94.
