Interviewer was extremely distracted, being on the phone or computer the entire time, interview was on a weekend. Offer given was for 15 months where you cannot resign with salary that was roughly 60% of my current salary at that time. Reason given was they have to determine whether I'm capable or not and adjustment will be done at the end of 15 months.
