I apply online and I have been contact by a recruiter for a quick call, after a short background check, then she explains to me the different steps of the process. I had a video chat with my future manager, the the recruiter contact me to give me feedback and I had another call with the office manager I will work in. Another feedback call and a use-case test to work on (3/4 hours to do it). Finally, I had a physical meeting to present my work. I received a positive feedback after a couple of days.
