I honestly was disappointed with the whole interviewing process as I found out when I got there that there were THREE stages to the process, with the first being a meet and greet. Seriously the whole time I was looking forward to the interview and was disappointed to find out after an hour drive that after a quick conversation, they asked if I would like to come back again tomorrow for the second part. I guess I should have known better and done more research on this company, as it turns out to be one of those outsourcing marketing firms for bigger companies.

We’re sorry you feel like your time was not valued; we are very upfront and are extremely proud of the fact that we are an outsourced marketing firm. We also try and make researching our company as easy as possible by providing links to the website and social media in the preliminary confirmation email. I’m sorry that we weren’t a good match together and we hope you found what you were looking for.

In the first interview they don't talk about what they do; they want to know about you, and ask the basic interview questions. If you ask any questions about the company, they'll give you a vague response. It isn't until the second interview that you meet with an account executive, and they try to sell you onto the position. The office is small, and it was mostly people waiting for interviews. The account exec. took me out to the courtyard and "interviewed" me there. He avoided a lot of questions I had about the company and wasn't forward. Basically its a 100% commission door-to-door sales job. You don't get benefits; and furthermore, if you don't sell anything, you don't make anything that day. They don't reimburse you for travel.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not favorable. We normally receive raving reviews of our courtyard, especially recently with all the great weather we've been having! We are a growing company and like you said we were interviewing a lot of qualified candidates. We must have thought that you would have been a great match with our company if you felt we were “selling” you the position. I’m sorry you felt that your questions were not answered and I would love to answer them and clarify any concerns you may have. Unfortunately, I cannot contact you because the post was anonymous but please feel free to call the office anytime. 503-620-8887 Our office culture is cultivated through entrepreneurial mindsets. Direct sales and performance base is not for everyone. We are looking to attract like-minded people that are excited to generate their own income through hard work and a great attitude and are in control of their growth with our company. I’m sorry our views on how to grow in a company differ there but we wish you the best of luck in your job search.
