Interview was in two parts, first part was general talking about my experience and about the job, second part was 'competency test', I was asked questions/scenarios. Lasted about 45 minutes. Was told I would hear back the next week, did not hear anything, sent an email, no reply.
edit: a few hours after posting this review I finally got a reply saying I did not get the job

Good,a clear and thorough process, which was supportive.
The interview lasted around 15 minutes. They asked clear questions and made notes of the answers which I gave to them. One Family

Very general questions about what experience you have and how you would deal with situations/complaints. There was also a team building exercise. Overall it was quite a nice interview process.
