Quick easy process. Not long and drawn out. Had initially applied for a different position, the Director thought I’d be a better fit for another position. I’m not sure why, where, how, but this scenario of meeting with 4 different people, the same questions over and over is not time efficient. Had one interview, normal scenario or experience based questions. It was a good conversation, not stressful at all, both interviewers were easy to talk to to, I was able to relate a lot of my experiences to the position and the environment about what is going on. I was able to openly ask about the reviews on here. I understand that people are more apt to write a negative review, instead of a positive. As humans we are more apt to keep negative experiences closer to us to protect us in the future. Interviewer was able to say “Yes, I have seen them, as you can imagine there are growth issues and issues with moving into the scope of a larger company.”
