I went through 4 interviews for a Global job - all via Zoom. I was told that if I went through to the 5th interview I would be asked to prepare a project and then present to the team. I felt this was too far along in the process to introduce this information.
Zuerst fand ein allgemeines Gespräch mit der Personalabteilung statt, in dem grundlegende Informationen zur Position, zum Unternehmen und zu meinem Hintergrund besprochen wurden. Anschließend folgte ein weiteres Gespräch mit der Leitung der Abteilung, das fachliche Themen und Aufgabenbereiche behandelte.

Eine zentrale Frage war, wie ich priorisieren würde, wenn zwei Kolleg:innen gleichzeitig mit gleich wichtigen Aufgaben um Unterstützung bitten.
The process was great. Well organized, well communicated, and punctual. Everyone was kind, professional, and informed. The follow up was personal and detailed via a phonecall, which was a nice change compared to the usual generic email.
