I was recruited due to my sales background and my proven track record. They didn't have any Sales Professionals working in the company at the time. My first interview was with the recruiter to then follow their Sales Manager. The second interview was with three people Marketing Manager, CIO, and Technical Support Manager.

What experience do you have in the Construction Industry?
This interview was disturbing. The hiring manager gave me no insight to the company other than negativity about it. I felt I was being convinced to not take the job and wondering and why my time was being wasted in the invite to interview. If the
rest of the company is as dysfunctional as this interview, I truly feel sorry for their employees.
