The initial call I received for an interview seemed really sketchy--they didn't screen me to find out about my interest in working with their company, the only question was "can you come in tomorrow?" I didn't show up because it just seemed off and after a little more research I decided I didn't want to pursue the position any longer, they actually called me back the following evening with a screaming child in the background and invited me back in. They went so far as to ask me to confirm that I was really coming this time?
