Applied online and got asked two weeks later to complete a HireVue interview within 48 hours. The HireVue had 6 questions, 5 of which behavioral and 1 motivational. Some questions gave you 2 minutes and some gave you 3. Haven't heard since (it was like 3 weeks ago), so I assume I didn't make it, I don't tend to do well in pre-recorded video interviews. My advice: prepare a lot of mock stories (at last three for all the most common types of behavioral questions - leadership, challenges, dealing with difficult people, teamwork, failure/success, etc) to use and keep practicing answering these questions ON CAMERA, don't just do it in front of a mirror or out loud, get used to looking comfortable on camera. Use a timer, make sure you're instinctively used to how long 3/2 minutes feel.
