J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oliver Wyman (Montréal, QC) en sept. 2015
Entretien
Had a first round interview as part of OCR. They had an information session on campus, and then for those selected an interview, a case workshop a few days before. For the interview, I did my resume interview with one person (a recent graduate) and a case interview with someone else (higher up). Employees dropped by to say hi in the waiting room between the resume/case portions. By interview day it was my second or third time meeting people, everyone was very friendly.

Question 1
What is your proudest achievement in the last year?
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
