It was the first interview I had for an internship position and some of the questions they had asked caught me off guard. Other than that I believe If I had better prepared for it that I would've been offered a job. Overall, it was a good experience but be prepared to think fast and follow the STAR format.

The interview was partially behavioral (tell us about a time you made a difficult decision, etc) but partially "technical" in that the interviewer asked questions about if I had experience doing engineering tasks that I would perform if I got the role, ie how have your interactions with operators been, tell me about a time you improved a process using your own findings, etc. It was the first round interview, 1 hr in person. I have not heard back with an offer yet.
