Entretien
It took almost 2 moths for them to call me. The interview stared with a phone call where they asked about myself, why do I wanted to work at Old Navy, previous experience, strengths and availability.
After almost a month, they called me back to schedule for a group interview where I had to bring something that i feel passionate about. There were 6 people with me and they asked us almost the same than the phone interview.
A week later they called me telling me I got the job

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
