It was a phone interview followed up by a group interview. The bulk of the interview was spent as a casual conversation getting to know our personalities and seeing how we interacted with others.

They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
