It was quick and painless, they definitely want to make sure you can be on your feet for long periods of times. No experience really necessary. Management seemed to be nice.

Whats the first thing you do when diffusing an unhappy customer?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
