It was a group interview, there were a total of 9 of us. The manager would ask a question and just wait for us to answer. The orientation was very simple, just some paper work and a few videos.

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
