Very easy, ask about availability and strengths/weaknesses, when you made mistakes, schooling, and what that schedule looks like, if you are looking for seasonal, part time, full time, how many days ideally you could work, do you have a solid mode of transportation

I got the interview from a company called LearnUp, after I completed all the virtual training they scheduled my interview for early June. My interview was scheduled for 1 o'clock with the hiring manager but she was in a meeting so two other girls and I met with the merchandising manager instead. She was a very sweet woman and she made us feel welcomed (none of us knew it'd be a group interview). She just old us to tell her about ourselves and what we like to do and why we like Old Navy and what was special about Old Navy to us. After we all chatted for a bit, she had us go on the floor and pick one must have item for the summer. She gave us two minutes, and when we came back, she had us explain our item, why we picked it, and how would we wear it. After that she pretty much thanked us for coming and she told us that she'd review our applications with the hiring manager and we would be called by the end of the week for a follow-up interview if she thought we'd be a fit. We interviewed Tuesday and by Sunday I hadn't heard anything. So I checked my LearnUp account and they said I had been hired!!! So I immediately called the store and the merchandising manager who interviewed me answered and told me that I'd been hired and they were just processing my background check. She told me the hiring manager would call me the next day and go over on boarding and pay grade. I was so excited to hear from her the next day (Monday) but it was almost 7 o'clock and she hadn't called me yet, so I called again and the actual hiring manager answered and informed that yes I was hired, I would start Wednesday at 2, and that I would start off at $9.00 (Which is good for a college kid) an hour. All she told me to bring was 2 forms of I.D. Overall the process was positive, the hardest part of it all was the wait and anticipation, but I am very excited.

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
