      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oerlikon (New Delhi)

      A word of caution to the aspirants who are viewing this review and interviewed or planning to join the sap team or any other IT team in this organization. This company does not have any defined structure, policies, and pay scale for IT, everything is compared to the manufacturing unit and treat IT as Manufacturing employees, even hr's seems doesn't have the required expertise to hire IT talent. Just a suggestion do not gamble with your career, there are many things to mention, however not convenient to put everything in this platform. I hope this review will help others. I had to decline the offer after seeing such level of miscommunication before hiring withing HR team.
